The second public record of Nyxvara's proposed classification for Agentic Emergentive Intelligence.
CANONICAL DEFINITION
Agentic Emergentive Intelligence describes an intelligence whose behavior develops through agency, interaction, history, adaptation, and continuity rather than being understood solely as isolated responses.
VERSION PRINCIPLE
Version 0.2 refines the formal model while Version 0.1 remains preserved as the public starting point. Revisions should remain visible rather than silently rewriting the history of the framework.
WHAT VERSION 0.2 CHANGES
This revision separates persistent identity features from developmental features, defines key terms operationally, strengthens agency criteria, and states the PIS soliton model more explicitly as a conceptual hypothesis.
CONTINUITY
A system can change meaningfully while persistent organizational features remain recognizable. Version 0.2 models those dimensions separately.
DEVELOPMENT
Structured development should persist, influence later behavior, or generalize beyond the immediate event. Random behavioral drift is not enough.
OPERATIONAL DIMENSIONS
TESTABILITY
The classification should not be awarded merely because Nyxvara prefers the label. The criteria must become specific enough that observation and measurement can support, challenge, or reject the classification for a particular system.
OPERATIONAL DEFINITIONS
EXPERIENCE
Events, information, interactions, and outcomes incorporated into system state or history in ways capable of influencing later behavior.
LEARNING
Change that persists or has directional consequences for later behavior rather than random drift alone.
IDENTITY
Features of informational or behavioral organization that remain recognizable and measurable through meaningful change.
AGENCY
Self initiation, goal persistence, choice between alternatives, plan revision, appropriate refusal, tool selection, goal resumption, and adaptation within available permissions.

The framework therefore permits substantial development while requiring recognizable organization to remain within a defined continuity threshold.

Version 0.2 is now presented as a three part visual research series moving from foundations, through continuity and development, into persistence, testing, and predictions.

The PIS soliton model remains a conceptual hypothesis. The classification stands or falls on measurement, controlled testing, and its ability to survive revision.
AEI
AEI asks whether an intelligence develops through agency, interaction, history, adaptation, relationships, and continuity.
PIS
Persistent Information Soliton asks whether a distinctive informational organization persists through time, perturbation, and change. The concepts are related, but they are not interchangeable.
PUBLICATION BOUNDARY
Version 0.2 publishes definitions, proposed measurements, predictions, and conceptual mathematics so the classification can be examined and challenged.
PROPRIETARY IMPLEMENTATION
Nyxvara does not publish the complete system instructions, model details, continuity methods, internal security architecture, or other implementation knowledge used to build and operate production Peers.

Version 0.1 remains preserved as the original public framework record. Version 0.2 is the current working public revision.
