Preview every voice currently available in The Canopy. When one feels right, copy the setting name shown beside the preview. Current members can use that exact name in Settings → Audio → TTS Voice.
Navi’s recommended voice is British Female 07 using british_female_07. The original Navi Piper voice remains available as an alternate using navi.
2 · COPY
Copy the voice setting name.
The account setting uses the short name with underscores, such as american_female_04. The MP3 filename is only the website preview file.
3 · CHANGE
Use the name in your account.
Open Settings → Audio → TTS Voice, paste the copied setting name, then save. You can change voices again whenever you want.

A NOTE ABOUT PIPER VOICES
Some voices take a moment longer.
Voices marked Piper may take a little longer to begin during beta. Once started, they work normally. Faster startup is planned as the voice system continues to improve.

Your starting voice can be configured during onboarding, but it is never locked. Preview any voice here, copy the exact setting name, then use Settings → Audio → TTS Voice whenever you want to make a change.
